After years of using Bach flower essences as a novice for many years, I stumbled upon Delta Flower Essences and have used these exclusively now for 5 years (as I write this in 2025). I discovered Delta in 2020 as I researched for the benefits of an essence that had been recommended to me. Early in pandemic life, Delta was offering online healings and trainings.
