The women that been working here for years are so rude, condescending and unprofessional I do not know who would employ them or why they have a job, they should not be in customer service. The last time I went in one of them was still going on about mask mandates and how vaccines don’t work.
Very reliable dry cleaning service. My clothes are always returned spotless, fresh, and neatly pressed. They treat every item with care and ensure timely completion. The staff is friendly and professional, making the experience smooth and convenient. I’m very satisfied with their consistent quality.
Will never use this company again due to the customer service. Every time I go in there there’s a woman with salt and pepper hair. Missing a front tooth and she is horrible. Every time I brought stuff to be dry cleaned she starts finding new ways to complain about me. Today, August 12 she raised her voice again. This time because I did not count my four jackets to be dry cleaned in front of her fast enough. I’m surprised anybody uses this place with her there. If she’s having a bad day or a bad life, maybe she should quit.
I will not use this company again until she’s fired
