Great job on my Husbands white dress shirts! Got out all the dirt off his collars. Will definitely be back! Would like to know if they do alterations ? my husband needs his pants hemmed

Dropped off dry cleaning for my husband for the first and last time there. The older lady who works there is extremely rude. She found a way to complain about the shirts being on hangers, the shirts being buttoned up, and when we went to go pick it up she had a fit because we didn’t have the slip (the same slip she asked if I wanted her or I to hang on to, in which I said her because I knew it would end up lost on my part). I truly don’t understand people who work in customer service, that do not have any customer service skills.. Dave at Hampstead Dry Cleaners is very nice, easy to work with, and runs a friendly business. He did some work for a clothing drive, for the Bakie School in Kingston. He even offered to deliver the clothes for us. I will definitely be a returning customer:) thank you
