Will never use this company again due to the customer service. Every time I go in there there’s a woman with salt and pepper hair. Missing a front tooth and she is horrible. Every time I brought stuff to be dry cleaned she starts finding new ways to complain about me. Today, August 12 she raised her voice again. This time because I did not count my four jackets to be dry cleaned in front of her fast enough. I’m surprised anybody uses this place with her there. If she’s having a bad day or a bad life, maybe she should quit. I will not use this company again until she’s fired

Bad first experience with a comforter coming back smelly and the woman behind the counter not caring or offering a solution. Gave it another try today(years later) and immediately regretted it. Still the same unhappy place. This time I was given unsolicited political advice. Go elsewhere.

Won’t be going back. I asked what their hours were and she responds with “I’m sick of telling people the hours, they’re on the front door so I don’t have to answer that question.”Service: Laundry wash & fold
