I’ve been going to Hampstead Chiropractic for years and absolutely love Dr. Shields, so I was thrilled to find out that Dr. Rachel Vignos is just as amazing! Earlier this year, after months of pain, I was diagnosed with lumbar stenosis. While waiting a month for a cortisone shot, I decided to try Dry Needling with Dr. Rachel, and I’m so glad I did. She took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and for the first time in almost six months, I finally had some relief. The cortisone shot ended up not helping me at all, but Dry Needling has. I’m so thankful Hampstead Chiropractic offers this service and especially grateful for Dr. Rachel!

I had to take a haitus for 7 years due to moving to another town. In the past four months I've been visiting message therapists and other chiropractors due to a lower back injury affecting my sciatic nerve.
