We are so extremely beyond satisfied with the amazing experience we’ve had having our old hot water heater removed and a beautiful new one installed this morning! From the first phone call from Phyllis to get our appointment set up, to the right on time arrival of Brian and Eric the technicians and straight through to the fast, efficient and considerate way they handled the process, it was seamless. we are so grateful , and recommend Harts Heating and Plumbing to anyone that finds themselves in need of service or maintenance.

Twice in the last year, we’ve had to call for help in the middle of the night as our basement flooded-first from a sump pump failure and a few months later from a hot water heater that broke and caused other failures that left us without heat and hot water and more than 150 gallons of water on our basement floor. The team at Hart answered the phone in the wee hours and walked us through the first steps we needed to take then sent someone quickly to fix and replace the broken appliances. We have really appreciated their work and found their rates to be quite reasonable.
