Jen always listens to what we want. She is caring and takes her time to really understand what we're looking for in our styles and care for our hair. Her place is clean and she is super flexible with her time. She does great work and is punctual and precise.

With Jenn at The Thairapy Studio LLC I had a haircut, perm and restyling. Jenn really listens to her clients and their needs, very pleased with results. A very pleasant and comfortable Salon, my go to salon The Thairapy Studio LLC in Bedford.

Jenn has been doing my hair for years. My last cut was a shoulder length shag and I absolutely love it! Even tho it has grown out more than it should be, (see you soon Jenn!) it still holds it shape.
I appreciate that Jenn is always learning and enhancing her skills!
