“I called ahead to see if I could come in within 15 minutes, and they were able to accommodate me right away. When I arrived, the salon was busy, but every technician was with their own client, fully focused, and all the guests seemed genuinely happy — that really stood out to me.

I was greeted by Rose, who kindly had me pick out my gel color while she finished up with another client. Within about 5–10 minutes, I was in her chair. Rose made me feel so comfortable from the start and clearly takes pride in her work. She consistently checked in to make sure I liked everything and asked for my input throughout the process. I really appreciated that — it made me feel at ease and confident speaking up if needed (though everything was perfect!).
