Bill and his sons/team are amazing. They came to install two mini splits in my home and ran into some issues (with the space, not their fault) but were quick to find a solution and finished the job in the same day. Bill has been servicing our older pool heater the past couple of years and has been responsive and thorough in his work. He provides explanations of the work required and offers options if available. When we decided to install a new pool heater, Bill was able to deliver and install the same day (for an event 24 hours later).
