I seldom ever write reviews or recommendations for a business. However, I have been thoroughly impressed with Josh and his team at Beyond the Brand Media. They have integrity, proficiency and great attention to detail. After a couple of other web developers, wasted money and broken promises, it was refreshing to come on board with Beyond the Brand. Josh is very honest and upfront about his business model and what he can and cannot do for you. He made an error on a quote he gave me. Once he realized he made a mistake, he made it right by providing a quote that was even better than the first. Josh has always kept his word and has never made a promise he did not keep. He has even gone above and beyond to help me in areas that extend beyond his realm of web development. This is arguably the best part. The team at Beyond the Brand Media is incredibly adept at what they do -- and they’re fast. The time from when we first talked about layout design to the webpage being fully operational was less than two weeks. Their work is top notch and I cannot help but crack a smile every time I hear somebody talk about how professional my website looks. Once your website is finished, if you ever have any requests for changes to be made, their helpdesk team are like wizards. I have never had to wait more than two hours for them to make requested changes. Josh and the team at Beyond the Brand Media have exceptional attention to detail. They notice and optimize things that I would have never noticed. Josh will often call with observations and suggestions as to how to further drive sales and increase revenue. An example of this is their abandoned cart recovery service. It has made me tons of money. I make more money when I allow them to do what they do best. My decision to come on board with Beyond the Brand Media is easily one of the best decisions I have ever made for my business and I highly recommend you do the same.

Josh and his team built a new website to replace the one I'd slapped together five years ago, and the difference is amazing. They've been responsive to my questions and had tons of helpful suggestions to improve the functionality of the site. I'm extremely pleased with the whole experience.
