Upon learning that our septic system leach field was failing, we contacted Mark. He came out to our place and talked us through the process step by step. Throughout the entire process of getting the new septic plan, excavating the area, installing the new system, getting an inspection, and finishing the area to be ready to seed, Mark was fantastic. Particular strengths included communication, timeliness, and attention to detail. His pricing was very reasonable and what could have been a very stressful process ended up being one of our best experiences with a contractor.
We had problems flossing toilets in our home, Mark came right out exposed our septic tanque and knowtized there was a filter on our outlet bathroom that we were unaware off. After a simple washer of a filter we were back on business for very razonable money😀.
