Mark is reliable, dependable, talented, and highly professional. Everything from the initial phone call to the estimate to mobilization, the job itself, and the culminating clean-up are all completed in the most reliable, honest, talented, and highly professional way possible. Padula's business expertise reaches far beyond site work, however -- his local connections with building departments and town offices mean he often knows the right questions to ask, and is often able to advise you how to move forward with your project. I am grateful to have called him this spring instead of any of the larger businesses in the area -- he was able to walk my job site with me, give me an estimate within a few hours, and ultimately saved me from a highly expensive purchasing and planning mistake. Think the worst case scenario with Maine water, rust. iron rotten egg smell. we've been living with this issue for almost 20 years. I even washed my hair with bottle water. never cooked with the water or drank it. Well we had enough and saved the money and called JMC. They were beyond professional and they would not leave until the job was done so we weren't left without any water for the night. They installed a whole new filtration system and a new pump. I almost wanted to cry when we started using the water after. The water was super clear and no more smell. They left the basement cleaner than when they got there. We will be using them for more projects for sure. I can't thank them enough!! It's definitely life changing.
