Came out today for our first inspection & cleaning since moving into our home. Confirmed the appointment time yesterday but they called and were able to arrive earlier, but still waited for me to confirm that was okay. Technicians were very professional & knowledgeable. Took the time to explain things to me as I’ve never owned a wood stove before. Gave helpful advice on where to get parts, service scheduling, potential needs. Was honest about what work can be done by a handy homeowner and what would be best to schedule with a pro. Pricing was very fair.
Chimney sweeps are not all equal! We heat with wood. Over the years we have dealt with 3 different outfits and some years I've done it myself. These guys are tops. Very professional well-trained and certified staff with excellent equipment. You don't want to pay a company that sends some high school kid with an old ladder.
