I've just transferred to this DR. office my 1st appointment is in October but I needed to see a Dr for meds I called and they took me right in . It was supposed to be a quick appointment but it was almost a hr she pulled her chair right up to me and we talked I haven't seen that for a long time. So far it's 300% better than Laconia Clinic

I absolutely love my doctor at this practice and all of the staff are friendly and easy to talk to, but the communication between this practice and specialists as well as patient-practice communication is beyond subpar. I have been trying to seek out therapy for nearly a month now and have not been able to so much as speak to a mental health practice over the phone due to the communicative failures of this office. Calls get sent straight to voicemail, voicemails take days to process, and the information given in returned calls has been incorrect.
