Got a frozen 3/4 inch line from well to house. It was a 300$ dollar non refundable deposit and another 425$ and sadly my freeze isn’t resolved. Guys were good. Ladies on phone were ok. They don’t tell u payment is due immediately when they leave and you are giving a worker bee your credit or debit card. Didn’t so much like that. Nor not being told that in advance. I’m a small business owner and wouldn’t ever do that. So very expensive. Very. I even brought my own equipment out to pull the well pump adapter with my tractor. Expensive and felt blown over by the final number. They said the 300$ goes towards job for travel and such. But there shops only 15 min...read full review
Federal plumbing came on a weekend and solved an electrical problem as opposed to a plumbing problem. Awesome. i have them used them for years and never had an issue. Always reasonably priced too.
