As the owner of an anxious, highly energetic dog, we need someone who really understands dogs. She won't just go to anyone. We've tried other boarding programs with limited success. Fine's Canines provides our dog with love, attention and lots of dog walks. Sophie loves her time with Julia and we can enjoy our vacation knowing that she'll be taken care of with all the care we provide to her at home. If you are looking for a recommendation, you can be rest assured that your dog will pampered and well loved during their stay.

For many years we boarded our lab at local kennels/day cares. These locations were convenient, however, I know not ideal. At some kennels our dog would be in a cage most of the day or be overwhelmed in a room with 15+ dogs. I am so happy to have found Julia and Fine’s Canines. Our dog is treated like family...he goes on long walks in the woods, gets to play with a few other dogs, can sleep on the sofa, and be in a loving home. Julia was awesome! We were in town for my brother’s wedding and it was so nice to be at ease knowing Wiley was in a loving home while we were 700 miles from our home in NC. Julia sent awesome loving pictures/messages and kept us in the loop on how he was doing the entire time. Her place was clean, her backyard was plenty big for him to run around, and when we picked him up he was happy as could be! She even gave him a stuffed rabbit that he flaunted around for the next month or so! Would definitely recommend Julia to anyone looking for a place for their dog to spend some time away from their humans.
