Holly at The Blossom Shop was so helpful! I was able to place an order at 9am online, Holly soon called to follow up. I was able to share a few preferences for the arrangements with her, and they were perfect for the occasion. All delivered around 1pm the same day!
Was informed that my original order the flowers were not as fresh as they would like. They then offered an alternative bouquet and even sent me pictures for approval, and before delivering it!! With no additional cost either! I will be using The Blossom Shop for all of my special occasions from now on!
I had gotten a last minute notice from an online flower service indicating they wee unable to fulfill my order for a Christmas flower arrangement I had sent to my sister. I was notified Christmas Eve day and was in a bind. I made an online order at the Blossom Shop and even though they were getting ready to close for the day they took my order and had one of their employees deliver it on her way home. I was so grateful that they could help me out at the last minute and the arrangement that arrived was beautiful. Thanks to the Blossom Shop for going the extra mile for me! I will go to them first next time and would highly recommend them!
