“My experience with the younger man Lucas was phenomenal. The pedi was extensive and he was attentive to detail and a perfectionist much like myself. I got the red nails pictured and this is one week after getting them done. He did amazing.
I am however disappointed. I referred a coworker to go and he went yesterday. His nails are terrible. They are chunky and do not look like the reference photo he provided. They are uneven as well. He had his done by a different man. The older gentleman. He is very shy and insecure and didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings but he is not happy with them especially when this was a treat. We work in the service industry so we know how hard hospitality can be. Really hoping you guys can make this right for him because I loved my nails and wanted to give you guys more business but with his experience it makes me nervous. I can't speak for him directly but was shocked to learn he went where I did. I will definitely be coming back next week, but really do hope i have the same tech. I scheduled with the initial time. I hate to put anyone's work down but it makes me sad my coworker is so unhappy. I have attached his reference photo along with his nails and my red ones as well. I still give 5 stars for my experience.“

“The ladies are nice and they do their best to accommodate you if you walk in. However, it doesn’t really matter if you have an appt, usually I wait when I have one scheduled. Due to the lack of options for nail salons around the area, I think they do a good job.“
