The entire team at Septic Designs of NH was phenomenal. They installed a new tank for us, hooking into our existing system for a small cottage we are building. They got it done in record time. From the first communication to the last and everything in between I was so impressed. I really hope I get a chance to work with them again. Dustin and Jason that answered the phones were friendly, competent, and courteous; always seeming to know what was going on. The owner took the time to write back to me about their business process and made sure we were satisfied with their result. The installer, Ryan was amazing as well. They were wonderful! My fiance and I are not at all familiar with septic systems, and Chris took the time to explain everything to us and what it meant. After the inspection, we also needed a letter which they helped us with, even though the owner was on vacation.

Septic Designs of NH did the septic inspection for a home purchase and the team on site was knowledgeable and professional.After the inspection I had to reach out with a question on the inspection report and Micah went above and beyond with addressing my questions and even reached out to another company to help clear up some confusion about the septic design. Easily 5 stars and would recommend to anyone in need of their services
