It did take much longer than the 7-10 it was expected to arrive but I was in constant contact with Scott Philo and his team. They ALWAYS PERSONALLY answered my calls, and text messages there were NO answering machines or answering services. Overall I am really impressed with the Ultimate Ultra Massage Chair and the company Massage Chairs for Less and I do realize that the shipping delays we beyond their control and should not be a negative reflection of this business in any way. At first I thought it was a major oversell job. So many facts and claims I never thought I would buy it. It seemed too good to be true for that price.
But, after extensive research I realized I needed to give it the 7 day trial. I kept all the packaging, just in case. Well, 4 days into my trial, I trashed all the boxes! THIS CHAIR IS THE REAL DEAL. It delivers everything the write up says it will. I LOVE it and use it at least once EVERYDAY!
