Fantastic! My son had a school band concert that night and discovered his saxophone mouthpiece was badly chipped. Exeter Music was 1)open when they said they would be 2)answered my phone call and let me know they had a few options available 3)were very friendly and knowledgeable and 4)saved the day for us! First off, this is not 48th ST in NYC (Neither is 48th ST anymore for that matter). This is Exeter, NH.This is a great local music store that caters mostly to the beginner to intermediate as far as instruments go. Good array of instruments, accessories, strings etc. They also have a pretty thriving music teaching business with some great teachers that are also out there playing live and keeping their chops up.They also do repairs and have a pretty good OEM parts section for electric guitar.A big plus is the record/cd and sheet music that they offer.Great staff and well worth the trip if you need something. Has done many adjustments and repairs for me on Sax, Clarinet, violin, strung my Cello. The instruments play so much better after like night and day. They sound amazing after and repair costs are competitive and reasonable. Good place for reeds in a pinch or books to teach how to play
