I've only been once but I had to face the most difficult experience of my life there that day and the people there were incredible. I can't say it enough. Clyde, I'll always miss you - the void is just incomprehensible - but the staff there were amazing. And I'm sure Clyde would agree.
She hadn't been to this vet before but some notable changes made it clear I had to get her seen ASAP. They made an appointment for the very next day. They managed to get her paperwork from my previous vet (Best Friends in Manchester which I do like) that same day and were very productive and seemed to really care about my Mama and our situation.

Everyone here is amazing! My little Nova girl gets excited when we pull up and she realizes she's visiting her friends ? I highly recommend this veterinary hospital for all your fur babies! Extremely compassionate
I can’t say enough good things about the vets and techs at Epping Road Veterinary practice. They do everything they can to make a new dog/puppy as comfortable as possible. When they actually get down on the floor to be with your small pup and make them feel comfortable that says something!! I also love that they have happy visits for new dogs to stop by just to get used to going there.They are amazing!
