First time I had to deal with cleaning of a septic Tank , Heidi was very helpful and pleasant to talk too , The 2 workers who came to pump the Tank were also super nice , I gave them 5 star , and will definitely recommend them and use them again
Called at 9:00 at night and they couldn't solve our problem after hours. On call gentleman told us to call first thing in the morning to get on the schedule. Before we could call, the dispatch personnel called at 6:30 am and told us they would be able to accommodate us in their schedule so we could maintain our previously scheduled travel plans. They showed up less than an hour and a half after calling us. Excellent customer service!
I called to have my tank pumped at 10:00AM and they arrived earlier than expected, at 12:00. I had a hard time finding the tank and the cover, the charges for finding the cover were clearly explained to me, fortunately Justin found it in just a few minutes, so there was no probing charge which would have been incurred had it been longer than "about 15 minutes." I was also told if they needed a camera there would be a further charge. I dug to uncover both covers, the storage tank was not a problem because there was a paper blockage, which was cleared by attaching the pump hose to the pipe. I was told had that not worked there would be a further fee for cleaning a blocked pipe. All-in-all I was very happy with the less than $450 bill, especially when the other company that I called at 7:30AM didn't return my call until 6:45PM.
