Easy peasy. Very communicative. You want email? You get it. Text easier? You got it. You want to talk? You betcha. They will even come to you to get the device and drop it off. Originally scheduled a drop off, but after working through the details, we deciding on pick up and drop off. No fee.
Very effective at extracting my money without making me feel bad about letting it go.
I have not evaluated the repairs at this time, but it seemed pretty straightforward and common place for the company.

Joe was Excellent to work with! We called around for a charging port replacement and his price was by far the best around! Drop off was simple and he emailed in the exact time Frame he said he would! While I was there we talked about my broken iPhone screen and he’s fixing that now! Broken electronics are inevitable and usually pretty frustrating… Joe made it a simple, efficient and affordable process!
