Just went to get my nails done, and don't get me wrong I've been a couple times now and have loved it! I showed a picture of what I wanted and came out with a wreck of nails. They were short, thick, and the gel polish was running off my nail onto the edge where my skin is.... and when I was displeased my nail artist become very heated with me and was snappy. Not sincere at the slightest! I asked to have them removed and done over and he was not happy... even after the fact of offering to pay for both sets!! When most reputable nail salons would not make an unsatisfied costumer pay for their poor job. I finally decided to leave and have the removed redone else... read full review
