“This is the first time we used this company. However our neighbor in our building used them and recommended them to us. So we decided to use them. The first appointment got canceled due to their van breaking down. We said ok . Let us know when you are up and running. They did. He got here and said the hoses may not reach which we found strange since they have been here before. Connor was very apologetic and very professional . He said he would take the 2 chairs and 9 by 12 ft. rug down stairs and do them out back. Glad we had an elevator. He did a great job and we are happy with the job and the fair price that they quoted us. Barry and Cliff“
