I made an appointment to come service and check my no heat on first floor a month ago. He canceled three appointments to emergencies I had the whole day set aside all three days. He never came. Booked appointments don’t matter to him. I only have Mondays free. Doesn’t respect my job and hours I work. Said it was my fault I only have Mondays to work on it. Great attitude to have
