Having been active in outdoor sports my whole life, I was never really a believer in regular chiropractic care. I had been going for regular health maintenance because I now sit a lot at a computer for my business and thought it might be helpful. Then one day we tried this before and after treatment exercise and it became clear the total benefit of Dr Jackies care. I can't count the number of back injuries I could have had if I wasn't coming in regularly.
