I felt seen by her and she worked very efficiently and professionally. The best thing about her was the extremely relaxing scalp massage she gave. I have never experienced such relaxation in my life and I already made another appointment to get my hair treated (she did a moisturizing mask to help lessen my hair frizz) and another scalp massage!
