At the Somersworth location, Mike is consistently friendly and helpful, with a clean wash bay and vacuum area. Overall, Golden Nozzle Car Wash is praised for its excellent customer service and clean facilities, making it a top choice for car care in the region.
Mike was awesome- he called me to tell me a box of family photos had been left on a trash can and inside he found my number. He called and said they seemed like irreplaceable memories and I could come and get them if I wanted. No idea how they got there but he went above and beyond and it was just so thoughtful of him. Can’t thank him enough!
I live in Rochester and prefer the Somersworth location. Mike is always awesome and friendly. Wish they'd get the Ceramic wax there. The closest location with it is Exeter (too far) and it's making me want to quit my Premium $40 membership and go to the new car wash in Gonic who offers it as a package. I've been a customer for a few years, love Golden Nozzle, but also want the Ceramic coating. Other than that, love the customer service in Somersworth. Wash bay and vacuum area are always clean, unlike the Rochester one.
Love this car wash! Good pricing for unlimited plans and great customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The online customer service is also great I emailed to change the level of my plan and they did so promptly by the next morning and gave me a refund for part of it because I downgraded. (No reason why I downgraded other than I was just trying to save money!) the free vaccums are a plus too!
