I switch primary care providers due to insurance coverage and Michelle was so helpful! She was polite and kind, and when she had to put me on a hold, she gave me warning beforehand and apologized afterwards. She worked with me to make sure I would see the provider I requested, and was very flexible when jumping between calendars.
Dr. Mellow (Dover office) was extremely empathetic and kind. I would say she is probably the best primary care doctor I've seen in my adulthood. Dr. Mellow made eye contact with me and listened attentively while I talked and when she was taking notes on my various issues she would summarize and repeat what I said to ensure that she had recorded the most accurate retelling of my stories. She then addressed every concern one by one and made sure to refer me to the appropriate specialists.
I would recommend Dr. Mellow to anyone. If you are in need of a new primary care doc, she's the one. I appreciated that she was so focused on making sure I had an enjoyable experience...read full review
Very frustrating visit with Dr. Mellow. I brought my newborn in for a visit looking for help around feeding after a very drastic change in her intake the past week and all Mellow was focused on was her weight gain in the past month. I felt disregarded and made to seem like I was over reacting until she did the physical exam. I went to pick up the medication an hour and a half later and she had not called it in yet. 2 hours later she was still working on her notes and 2.5 hours later, Dr. Mellow called and finally put the script in at 630pm after the pharmacy was closed. Now my daughter will have to wait 12+ hours without the medication and meanwhile she has barely eaten...read full review
