From the friendly greeting at the reception desk to the reassuring help from Dr. Murgia, DSH is a superior dermatology practice. The staff listens to my input, and makes sure all my inquiries are addressed.
I was seen in follow up. The doctor and NP were awesome. Explained everything and treated me with respect. The only small issue that I had was with the receptionist. I was waiting at the window for a full 5 minutes, possibly longer and she was nowhere to be seen. When she showed up she spoke loudly from down the hall asking me if I had an appointment. She did not make me feel welcome at all. Other than that , the visit was great
Very professional staff across the board. I have been a client for several years and am extremely happy with my results, the excellent care and friendly staff at the reception desk. I highly recommend this practice for medical and cosmetic dermatology services.
