Fantastic service and staff. My data recovery was done super fast and he was able to get just about all the content back from my failing hard drive. They preformed the service for an unbeatable price and also even told me before starting that if he had issues he would recommend me to another place with similar prices on data recovery. The best part overall was his communication skills. he called me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job start to finish and I would highly recommended them.
I would use this service for my computer without question. Andrew did a great job, very quickly and relieved my stress level when my computer decided not to open!He was easy to talk to, listened to what the problem was and I had my computer back by the end of the day. He made sure I knew I could call if I had any issues accessing my information( there was no problem) and I felt confident I had someone to call if I should have technical problems.Great for folks who need to use a computer but have some doubts about their technology skill level.
