Reviews
"We just had Will and his crew re-shingle and add new vents and facia boards to our 1912 house in Haverhill. I am a former builder and I have to say that I have never worked with a more affable, thorough and professional company before this week. Will Medugno, the owner and front man, was so professional, helpful, thorough, flexible and prompt a person to work with. Sensible Roofing did the whole job in just one day with a crew of 10 highly skilled workers each who knew his job and adhered to the strictest safety standards and immediately cleaned up every scrap of debris and loose nails as soon as the job was completed even before anyone left the job site. I would highly recommend 'Sensible Roofing' to anyone that needs work done. 'Sensible' at (603-314-8259), also will do many other building and repair tasks besides roofing with the same sensibility and professionalism!. I am highly recommending them to my friends and neighbors who also need similar work done. I give them a 5 star rating for sure! Sincerely, Dave Fletcher."
Will and his team are phenomenal. We had to put on a new section of our roof, replace ceilings due to ice damns and an unforeseen problem with a major structural beam in our dining room.
Will approached each situation with professionalism and kindness. When we had unexpected problems discovered, Will was so kind talking us through each hurdle.
If I could give the team more than 5 ⭐️’s they deserve endless stars .
If you need any repairs or renovations Will and Bill are the team you need to contact.
