The Playdon team is amazing ! We had a basement room finished, and were thrilled with the outcome and the entire process. The communication through the entire project was clear about timelines, deliveries etc, there were no surprises! Can not recommend them enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism, speed and quality of Peter and his team. I interviewed and spoke with several contractors for the complete gut renovation of a finished basement after extensive water damage and am very happy that I chose Peter.
Here is where they go above and beyond: They show up on time for the consult. They provide an indemnification agreement and certificate of insurance (as a commercial insurance professional, I know how important this is!) in a well-presented contract and quotation. We recently had a large addition built by Peter Playdon Construction and we couldn’t be more pleased. We started the project with a few ideas of what we wanted, and worked with Peter and his designer Lindsay to finalize the plan. We were impressed from the get-go with the terms of the contract being very fair and looking out for our interests. From there, it was amazing to watch the work take place! Peter and his team operate like a well-oiled machine. They kept to their schedule, communicating with us throughout the entire process. The subcontractors that worked on our project were very respectful and left the jobsite tidy.
