He was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, and despite the unfortunate circumstances, he made the experience a positive one for me as a homeowner. My wife and I moved to Derry NH this fall, ready for the winter… or so we thought! As first time home owners we were alarmed to find that one of our pipes had frozen after a single digit December night. A frantic Google search led us to Paul the Plumber.
