Keith K and his team did a fenomal job at my place, replacing an old snowman boiler. We are very happy with his service. He was friendly, communicative and kept us up to date in the progress. From the initial visit from Mark Pepin to the end product of our new boiler. Very knowledgeable and fast to answer our questions. Scheduling was fast and they were able to accommodate when an unprecedented event arise in a quick manner, which we appreciate. Would highly recommend Paul the Plumber on any house projects or emergencies that arises. Amazing experience. Thanks to all.

Paul the Plumber was recommended by my next door neighbor when I asked if anyone else in my association was having the same water issues I was. I called hesitantly, knowing I had a water issue but not knowing who I could trust for answers. Fast forward - I have to give a huge shoutout to Mike E and Jose!!! They showed up on-time, were incredibly polite and provided the best customer service I could have hoped for. Mike was very clear and upfront about the issues I was experiencing and did not pressure me about making a decision about the work that needed to be done. Needed to get my boiler replaced and Paul the Plumber did a fantastic job. They came promptly to my initial call about a lack of hot water, came the next day to provide a quote for a new system, and got me in the calendar quickly for a replacement boiler. They even provided a temporary hot water tank. All of the PTP representatives that I dealt with were very friendly, took the time to answer my questions, and ensured that everything was working perfectly before they left. Customer service is fantastic and they provide a link to let you know where your service technician is and when they are likely to arrive. Would highly recommend for any future plumbing work.
