After struggling to find the right tile combination for our bathroom remodel at larger tile retailers and big box stores, our contractor recommended we visit Daltile. After just less than an hour, Joan was able to find us the exact the look we had been looking for but just couldn't find. In fact, she even gave us recommendations on decor to build the style further. She was able to send our order information directly to our contractor to make life even easier. Additionally, since Daltile manufactures their own tile - the quality (and quality control) is far better than tile outlet stores!
Bought tile here for a complete remodel; mud-room, sunroom, backsplash, 3 bath rooms. It was a big order but Joan was terrific all the way through; from selection to keeping track of the incoming shipping. John was awesome at expediting checkout and even helped load my pickup. Exceeded expectations!
This is the 2nd time we've had the opportunity to work with Joan Collins. She is so knowledgeable, outstanding design consultant and fun. I took in a cabinet door and a sample of my countertop and she recommended 4 different options. Matched each with my samples and it was clear which way we needed to go. Then I changed countertops and called Joan again to see if what I had selected would work. She highly recommended a different approach. She took the time with us - we weren't rushed.
