On April 2 of this year, Derek Brown said he would do work for me as a general contractor .. my stipulation was that I was paying him $100 an hour and he agreed to those terms and conditions +30% over for his materials. Now all of a sudden he has relinquished his good word and sent me an invoice for 5400 and I told him to pound sand. he is not a man of his word nor should he be trusted with doing plumbing in your house as I have seen multiple other reviews where he has done substandard work from plumbers in the greater New Hampshire area.
