Colleen is wonderful with the typical sore muscles etc from stress and/or exercise. But she goes well beyond, helping clients heal from things that might not even be improved by PT. She did wonders with my frozen shoulder that developed after surgery.

I feel Colleen has a vast array of wisdom and knowledge on the body as a whole and how everything is intertwined so to say. I was thoroughly impressed at her hands ability to literally, intuitively, know what my body could handle and how she could adjust accordingly.. She explained to me as she was massaging me different techniques she could apply like cupping etc and I basically just let her work her magic. It was so relieving on my muscle stiffness/pain, i dozed off here and there comfortably.
