I have been purchasing eyewear at the Vision Shoppe for many years and Ken is nothing short of outstanding! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, friendly and provides one-on-one service that is rare in today’s retail environment. The only place I will get my lenses! I had migraines that were impeding my life. Ken is the only professional who really listened and found a solution. I needed progressive lenses AND one pupil is slightly higher than the other. To add insult to injury, one ear is also higher than the other. Needless to say, I'm hard to fit. I loved the first pair of glasses he sold me so much I kept the frames for 3 years. I stumbled on frames I liked at another store and Ken was willing to still do my lenses for me. He also keeps adjusting them as they are hard to keep tight. I recommend Ken to everyone I know looking for glasses or lenses!
