First time using R&T electric after the merge with Vachon. As with previous experience, the work was great quality. However the communication from the office was very aggressive. We used a renovation loan to fund the work and getting draw inspections approved and checks sent out always takes a bit longer. Unfortunately the payment was delayed by an additional week due to a mistake at the bank. Three weeks after we received a signed off permit of the work, they demanded payment that day or they would file a lien even though the bank had confirmed they were resending the checks and they would be received within four business days.
