It's genuinely hard for me to overstate how impressed I am with Eric and the team from Summit 48 Construction. Following a tree strike on our Gilford home last summer, I reached out to several contractors. From the start, Summit 48 stood out as the most attentive and professional. Ultimately, our work with Summit 48 went beyond the repairs and turned into a full exterior remodel (see photos).

Summit 48 is a great option for your next project! They are a team of excellent people that really care about what they do and are with you every step of the way. They make selection process easy through an easy to navigate app that allows you to approve or decline selections as well as see the daily progress on your project. Can't say enough good things about the people over at Summit!
We recently had our windows replaced and are very pleased with the results. The Summit 48 crew (Johnny, Dylan, Dylan and Darrell) were professional, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the process. The new windows look great! Johnny and Dylan also installed an updated back door with a new dog door. As a surprise, they put some custom framing around the dog door so it matched the look of the new windows!
From start to finish, Eric Laplante, Gil and the Summit 48 crew were easy to work with, communicated well, and delivered exactly what they promised. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering any home improvement.
