I have never left a Google review in my life, but this place is worth it. Seed and Path is the best therapeutic establishment I have had the pleasure of frequenting. The space is welcoming and calming, and it prioritizes comfort over flashiness. I love this place. Matt is exceptional, and you won’t want to go anywhere else after you work with him. Matt is amazing and he knows his stuff and he always listens to what I say and what is bothering me with my body, he also finds spots that I didn't know were hurting. Thank you for all you do Matt, you make a difference in my body when I have massages. ❤️?

Matthew was fantastic, I can't recommend him highly enough. I suffer from chronic pain and migraines. Physical therapy, dry needling, and doctor-prescribed medications were not helping at all. Not only did Matt work with me on some mindfulness techniques to alleviate stress and tension (which adds to my pain), but he took all of my needs into account and adjusted his therapeutic treatment accordingly.He offers a membership service, that I love, as it allows you to receive treatments throughout the month at a discounted rate.
