Zero, really. My review disappeared. Rymes left us high and dry in the middle of the winter, couldn't fix our boiler, couldn't get us a new one, offered no suggestions or alternatives, and the tech shut the boiler down leaving the house without heat / hot water. Oh, and we were in CA, housesitter was left stuck. Fortunately a knowledgeable friend stopped over, added stop leak to the furnace, and it kept the system running long enough to locate a new boiler.
Your Texh left my bleed valve open after he delivered LP to my inlaw tanks and for 2.5 hours no one knew because no one was home. When my wife pulled into the driveway she smelt gas and about hissing noise ..
She called your office and was told to call 911 she did the closed it and your tech came out and said he would mention it about losing 20gals of LP we have had nothing but problems since Superior bought out the family owned “Rymes” another local company selling out to large corps.. nothing but issues and hassles coming from them
We had old fuel pipes, they had been used for 30 years and nothing wrong. After we changed to this new company, since the pipes are different size, the fuel guy refuse to fill, and I have to change the pipe size now. I was wondering is that matter or he is just trying to give me a hard time.
