I started coming here because my PCP transferred here about 3 years ago. I have always had good experiences with the staff and Sarah Lanagan is always wonderful. She is caring, she listens and works cooperatively with me coordinating my care. Can't ask for better.

So, the office staff and nurses have always been nice and professional, but I've switched practices recently and will never go back because of Dr. Shugol. She spent most of our visit together trying to convince me that the problem I was experiencing didn't exist. I also told her I had been experiencing depression, and her response was that I "should be happy" because of all the good things happening in my life. Yeah, I agree - which is why I came to see you. My new doctors listen when I speak, don't interrupt, and are sympathetic to mental health considerations.

I have seen both Dr. Colby and Dr. Abbott and they both have been amazing. They really take the time to listen to me and understand my concerns and issues. I would recommend them both to anyone who is looking for a doctor.
