I have no idea how anyone at this location can call themselves groomers. Not a single person here was able to clip my dogs nails, and after getting halfway through their sad excuse for clipping, they cut my dogs nail almost to the knuckle resulting in a large amount of blood and instead of handling the situation professionally and helping my dog, they held him down while he whimpered and cried. After they finally stopped the bleeding, they gave me my dog and told me they were not able to proceed with his appointment. Now my dog is left with half his nails unclipped, and the other half razor sharp. He will never trust another dog groomer thanks to the absolutely horrendous...read full review

Friendly people who really care about the pets brought in for grooming. They're always accommodating and provide good customer service. The grooming is done with a high degree of professionalism.

Never going here for grooming again after not only a bad cut that took 6 hours, but when we came to get our dog we could hear him crying and the groomer (Brittany) being really impatient/rough with him. No report card or readout after. When we came home we realized he had an entire part of his under arm shaved and he had two cuts. I called to inquire what happened because he was off all day afterwards and something had clearly gone wrong, at which point I was told "it was a busy day". I should be supporting someone local anyways - now I have the extra push to do so!
