Very professional work. He went the extra mile and did extra repairs of an older MacBook Air that needed to be erased and reloaded. The charging issue with a laptop was fast and nice. Screen repaired within budget without replacing the whole phone even with a hectic schedule. He was wonderful, understanding and very nice. He was very professional. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I have a late 2013 Macbook Pro with an old version 10.9 and I had to upgrade it at least to 10.11 so as to run an application for a device(Wacom Cintiq Pro) I recently got for my work.
Although my Macbook where in Greek language since I had bought it from Greece some years ago, Bob had the patience to work on it and I really appreciated that, he upgraded it to 10.12 which is a better version. The whole process didn't take long time and now I've got an upgraded macbook pro.
I went to NorthPoint Experts in Concord NH two times and I had great experience and I truly recommend Bob and his experience to Mac products.
