Shirley has an extensive understanding of all the different systems in the body and how they're all connected. This knowledge translates into the best deep tissue body massage I have ever experienced. She is patient when working your muscles so she is able to get to the deep part of your muscles. She applies different methods to release muscle stress and/or pain. Highly recommended!!!
