I hadn't let anyone touch my hair in over 1.5 years. I was very anxious to get my hair cut because my last few haircuts had been horrible experiences. I saw Shaunna at House of Style and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very understanding, outgoing and professional! She walked me through every step of what she was doing! She made sure I was okay and comfortable. She gave me pointers and advice on how to best take care of my hair! I couldn't have asked for a better, more pleasant experience!
