What a great group of artists! Steve Manteau did my tatoo and what an amazing job. He understood that this was not just a tatoo for me but the end of a long journey to pay tribute to a dear lost friend. He was able to take my picture of a real butterfly and place her on my back where she looks ready to spread her wings and fly! It was amazing that while he worked it really wasn't uncomfortable and I could feel the love for his craft extend into my tatoo and its almost as if she were there watching this final leg of our journey to healing.
